SentinelBuffer operates a controlled correspondence surface. Channels are reserved for institutional operators, partners, and security disclosures. There is no public support funnel.

Section 01  //  Posture

Institutional posture.

SentinelBuffer is operated as a private infrastructure desk. Correspondence is reviewed individually. The desk does not maintain a public-facing support function and does not respond to retail-style enquiries.

All intake — operational, commercial, or security — is received through controlled channels. Inbound correspondence is screened against the same institutional posture that governs operator selection.

SentinelBuffer does not provide trading advice, account recovery services, or platform support to non-operators. Such enquiries are not within scope and will not be responded to.

Section 02  //  Channels

Channels.

Three correspondence channels are maintained at the institutional level. Each is reserved for a specific category of contact and is activated under controlled operational governance.

General correspondence

Institutional enquiries from partners, regulators, and approved counterparties. Reviewed individually by the SentinelBuffer review desk.

Access intake

Operator access requests are received through the controlled access pathway. The intake pathway is the live operational channel for new operator review.

Security disclosure

Coordinated security disclosure is conducted via controlled channel. SentinelBuffer does not operate a public bug bounty programme.

Channel addresses are activated per cohort and are not published on this surface.

Section 03  //  Intake

Controlled intake.

The live operational intake channel is the private access request pathway. Operator candidates, institutional partners exploring engagement, and counterparties seeking to initiate review should enter through that channel.

Submissions through the private access pathway are received by the review desk, recorded in the SentinelBuffer audit substrate, and progressed through governance review on a cohort basis. Correspondence initiated through that pathway is the canonical entry point for operational engagement.

Section 04  //  Security

Security disclosure.

Security issues affecting SentinelBuffer infrastructure are received under coordinated disclosure. Reporters are expected to allow reasonable time for assessment and remediation before public disclosure.

SentinelBuffer does not maintain a public bug bounty programme, does not pay for unsolicited reports, and does not publicly acknowledge reporters by default. Coordinated disclosure is conducted institutionally, not as a marketing surface.

Section 05  //  Continue

Continue via the controlled pathway.

Correspondence is reviewed individually. The live operational channel for new operator review is the private access pathway below. The desk does not solicit speculative outreach outside this channel.
