SentinelBuffer does not generate trade signals. It does not decide trade entries or exits as a strategy.

Execution belongs to the trader or the trading strategy. SentinelBuffer operates as a governance and protection layer above execution.

Users remain responsible for:

• Account credentials
• Broker and prop firm rules
• Platform configuration
• Risk settings
• Monitoring live accounts
• Ensuring SentinelBuffer is suitable for their environment

No system can guarantee uninterrupted availability. Internet, broker, VPS, MT4, hosting, configuration, or third-party failures may affect performance. SentinelBuffer does not guarantee continuous operation or error-free performance.

SentinelBuffer is designed to improve account survival discipline and reduce unmanaged drawdown exposure.

However, risk reduction is not risk elimination.

Trading outcomes remain dependent on trader execution, market conditions, broker conditions, broker rules, and external platform factors.

Use of SentinelBuffer remains subject to trader discretion and operational responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, SentinelBuffer is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, account breach, funding loss, platform interruption, data loss, or any indirect or consequential loss.

The SentinelBuffer name, content, website, doctrine, system language, interface concepts, and related materials are owned by SentinelBuffer or its operators.

Unauthorised copying, reverse engineering, redistribution, replication, resale, or commercial exploitation of SentinelBuffer materials, doctrine, systems, or interface concepts is strictly prohibited.

SentinelBuffer reserves the right to enforce its intellectual property rights and pursue appropriate legal remedies where misuse, infringement, or unauthorised commercial use occurs.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website or the access process constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Access to SentinelBuffer is provided on a paid basis following application approval. Payment confirms your entitlement to access the SentinelBuffer system and associated services.

All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing access to a live operational system, not a trial or provisional service.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund any payment already made. Access will remain active until the end of the paid period, after which it may be suspended, revoked, or expire in accordance with system rules.

If a payment fails or is not completed, SentinelBuffer reserves the right to restrict or revoke access without notice. In such cases, credentials may remain issued but access entitlement will be disabled.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
